Foreign journey  

When travelling abroad in a company car, the following documents are required:

• Countries belonging to the European Union:
  • Authorisation to drive a company car
• Other countries
  
  • Authorisation to drive a company car
  • Green card

The request for issuing the authorisation must be emailed to bok@aldautomotive.com with a carbon copy to the fleet manager, 5 business days before the travel at the latest. Such a request should include the following details:

• vehicle registration number,
• full name of the vehicle user,
• number of the identity document (identity card, passport),
• trip dates,
• countries to be passed through on the way.
