ALD Automotive Polska sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Our Company") respects and protects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy sets out the basis for the processing of personal data that we receive from you via our website.

We encourage you to read this document before using the website.

ALD Automotive Polska sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (00-351), at ul. Zajęcza 2B, which processes your personal data in order to ensure contact with you, including responding to your inquiries submitted via the contact form, and for the purpose of archiving mutual correspondence, is the controller of your personal data within the meaning assigned by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) [“GDPR"].

The controller's legal obligation and legitimate interests involving the ability to respond to inquiries received and – in the case of archiving (evidence) purposes – ensuring the continuous and uninterrupted business and defending itself against various allegations and assertions, are the legal basis for the processing. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for submitting the contact form and our responding to the correspondence received. If you do not provide them, you will not be able to submit the form.

Depending on the users' voluntary consent, the controller may also process their data for marketing purposes and/or for the purposes of direct marketing within the meaning assigned by Article 172 of the Telecommunications Act using the user's phone number and/or for the purpose of sending commercial communications within the meaning of the Act on Rendering Electronic Services to the user's email address. For the avoidance of doubt, any failure to give the above mentioned consents does not result in the inability to use other services provided by the controller.

If you give your separate consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes, your consent is the legal basis for the processing; you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Your data will be stored until the statute of limitations for potential claims related to the processing of your inquiry has passed. If you give your consent to the processing of your data for marketing purposes, your data will be processed for that purpose until your consent is withdrawn.

Your data may be shared by ALD with providers of services supporting marketing activities, analytical services and entities cooperating with ALD in the area of customer communication management.

You have the right to request from the controller access to, and rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability,

To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data.

Information we may collect

We may collect and process the following data about you: 

  • the information you provide by completing the forms on our website. This also includes information, including personal data, provided through our "contact form". We may also ask you for other information if you report a problem with the operation of our website;
  • we may also ask you to complete questionnaires that we use for research purposes. However, you are not required to complete them; if we process your personal data in connection with the completion of a survey, you will receive the GDPR information obligation details when completing the survey;
  • information about your visits to our website, including, but not limited to, website traffic data and other data about the communications and resources of our website that you are using

We collect them in order to administer our system properly and to provide aggregate data to advertisers using our services. These are statistical data on the activities and patterns of behaviour of visitors to our website – they do not identify individuals.

Our website may sometimes contain links or references that originate from partner networks and collaborating companies. If you click such a link, remember that third party websites have their own privacy policies for which we cannot be held responsible.
