ALD Automotive performs all actions involved in the insurance claim process. It actively supports users in completing all formalities, from the collection of documentation for the claim and contact with the insurer, up to arrangement of repairs at a service station cooperating with ALD Automotive. As a result, the need for the customer to be involved in the claim process is reduced to a minimum.
