In accordance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, including the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection 2016/679 (RODO) in order to submit a Request (an identified statement of the person to whom the data relates to, on the will to exercise its right in accordance with the RODO together with information about the subject of the Request) ALD makes available to the requesting persons the following communication channels:
- in writing - mail to bok@aldautomotive.com or traditional letter (ALD Automotive Polska Sp. o.o. Zajęcza 2B, 00-351 Warsaw)
- personally at the headquarters of ALD - in a separate letter
We kindly ask you to provide in the Request information concerning your status in relation with ALD (i.e. private customer, vehicle’s user, representative of a client, supplier’s employee) and name of entity you are connected with. Providing of abovementioned data is voluntary, however it is going to enhance servicing of your Request.
